    At CH1986NL.

First your SF.zip doesn't have dumpfiles inside.

Second could you make a new SF.zip with dumpfiles and please post this in a thread of yourself.

Please couldyou post your dumpfiles according to these instructions here https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/10685-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html .
Please use option one and use Grab all.

Do you think this could the main cause of my problem? It seems i need to get windows 8 pro to use group policy editor in order to get /restorehealth working right. Is it worth the try or should i try something else first?

Once you get the DISM error fixed (and the SFC.EXE), then we'll see if that was the source of your problem.
Please post over in the Windows Update and Activation forums. They are the experts on this sort of problem and their help is needed here. Here's a link to the forum: Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums

    Run this batch file.
It executes sfc & dism automatically.
After downloading it right click it & click Properties & Unblock it.

    Then run it as Administrator---

I'll leave the memory dumps until you've finished with the DISM stuff.
In short, if you're able to fix it, we'll use them.
If you're not able to fix it (and you end up wiping the system), we won't need them.

    Good luck!
