Many random BSODs on brand-new Windows 8.1 PC

I've tried lots of different driver updates across everything to solve these BSOD errors and at many times had thought I'd solved them only to crash later. They *mostly* occur during gaming, but a couple times have just been while browsing the web.

I've uploaded the required .zip according to instructions and here's a screenshot of Speccy, showing my system specs:

Any help would be appreciated, I'm at the end of my rope as I just purchased this PC and received it on May 23rd, 2014. If it's a hardware issue I do have it under a protection plan, but after hours of Googling and attempted solutions, making my own thread here was pretty much my last resort.
Thanks in advance.

    Windows 8.1 64-bit
This device is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8176&SUBSYS_817510EC&REV_01\4&163B9AF&0&00E0 This device is disabled.
Please re-enable the device, update it's drivers, then re-disable it (if you want to).

Out of 17 memory dumps there were 7 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers) - and older systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Riva Tuner (along with MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

    System Manufacturer/Model
    Samsung/NP780
    CPU
Came with the laptop (i7 of some sort)
    Motherboard
Pretty sure that it has one, but haven't checked inside the case!
    Memory
upgraded to 12 gB from 8 gB
    Graphics Card(s)
has switchable - Intel/ATI - Used wrong drivers, now ATI card is inop :( Will have to fix it soon!
    Sound Card
I'm nearly deaf, so this isn't used often
    Monitor(s) Displays
Touchscreen on laptop/32" Toshiba on HDMI (laid the Sharp TV on a mouse and cracked the screen!)
    Screen Resolution
    800x600
    Hard Drives
One Samsung 1tB drive - 5400 rpm. Gonna switch to a 7200/10000 rpm or an SSD (if I can find $500 for a 1tB SSD!)
    - Switched to 500 gB Samsung 840 series SSD - WOW!!!
    PSU
Why do we ask this for laptops?
    Case
Silver with a neat Samsung logo
    Cooling
sub-par, gotta get around to working on it soon Worked on it - still sub-par! :(

    Antivirus
    Windows Defender and Windows Firewall
    Other Info
    I'm handsome and a snappy dresser :0)
My wireless card is disabled because I'm connected to the internet wired. I'll uninstall RivaTuner and see if that helps, since I was only using it for D3DOverrider in games with troublesome v-sync.

I also uninstalled CyberPower DVDs 9 and 10 (bloatware) and I'm not overclocking anything.
I removed the application that installed nvoclk64.sys as well (Ntune/Nvidia System Monitor, which are legacy Nvidia system tools that have a few features current Nvidia tools don't).

I'll let you know if I encounter any further BSODs.

Alright, after updating the RealTek drivers and re-disabling it, I was still BSODing so I enabled Driver Verifier. It bluescreened twice on startup (though only made a .dmp file once?) and I had to go into safemode to disable it. I've reused the diagnostic tool and here are my latest BSOD dumps:

Driver Verifier doesn't point to a 3rd party driver.
This means either the driver didn't do anything to fault, or that there isn't a problem with the 3rd party drivers.

That being said, there's one more thing to try BEFORE working on hardware/Windows issues.

Remove Scarlet.Crush Productions Scp Virtual Bus Driver (ScpVBus.sys). It looks like this has something to do with a PS3 controller/keypad utility.

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, then start with these hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
If we don't find a hardware problem, then the next step is to reinstall Windows "clean" (without any extra 3rd party stuff installed). Here's a set of instructions for that: Canned Speeches
