    BSOD caused by dxgmms1.sys / ntoskrnl.exe

I have freshly installed windows 8.1 Enterprise (x64) and also installed the latest drivers for everything.

    My configuration:
    ASUS P8Z77-M
    Intel i5-3570K
    2X4GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX Predator
    ATI Radeon HD6950 2GB
    WD 1TB Caviar Black
    CoolerMaster 550W Real Power

The BSOD is appearing whem I am playing games (mainly while playing Watch Dogs or CS:GO).

Tried with Driver Verifier for 24 hours, same result as before.
Tried Memtest86+ for 10+ hours, no problems.

Here are my dump files and a screenshot from BSOD Viewer. Any help or suggestion would be nice

You have a WD 1TB Caviar Black HD with the 2008 driver which is known for BSOD.

Driver Description: Western Digital SCSI Arcitecture Model (SAM) WDM driver
2008 driver version has known BSOD issues in Windows
Driver Update Site: WD Support / Downloads / Select Product
Please update to the latest version.

Many of your dumpfiles are related to your graphiccard, they are Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_SEGMENT::TrimAllProcesses+fc ) and Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+36fc4 ).
But i see in the latest dumpfile you already updated the videocard driver.

If you keep bsod related to your graphiccard.
Test your graphiccard with prime 95.

Thank you for responding and helping

I forgot that i had overclocked my CPU and RAM, so I reset it to its default settings. Now I am waiting to see if the BSOD was OC related.
I also run FurMark for 10-12 hours without any errors.

Regarding WD, it says that I have the latest drivers installed...

In Device Manager under Disk Drives, the HDD (WDC WD1002FAEX) says that the driver is from 21.06.2006 and that it's the latest driver. Tried auto update, "have disk", manual browsing to the downloaded inf driver from the WD site.... no result.
