    BSOD Randomly

Hey everyone, been trying to find a answer to my question.
I been have a sager np7358 that I got 2 weeks ago. I installed windows 8.1 from windows 7, I orginally intended to use windows 7 but I was having a issue with the windows 7 wireless card driver I believe so I upgraded to windows 8.1 had the same problem but it seemed to fix it self so don't know if it was the driver or my router at the time.
I thought at first the BSOD was being caused by my plug and play mouse, since around the time it started. But I stopped using it and it randomly gets BSOD and it restarts itself.
Here's the save dump file I believe, currently running sfc/scannow as some other places suggested to others.

    Code:

Your dumpfile blames Probably caused by : pci.sys
Driver Description: NT Plug and Play PCI EnumeratorDriver Update Site: Windows Update

When aWindows/system driver like pci.sys is blamed when experiencing a BSOD
it's most likely not the problem. Most of the time further analysis is neededto determine the actual cause.

This device has problems in Device Manager:
    <Device><![CDATA[PCI Simple Communications Controller]]></Device>
    <PNP_Device_ID><![CDATA[PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_35011558&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0]]></PNP_Device_ID>
    <Error_Code><![CDATA[This device is disabled.]]></Error_Code>
Is this deliberate? If so, why? Please re-enablethe device and update the drivers.
The driver is part of the Intel management Engine.
