Hi,

i have problems with BSODs and computer unexpected power loose.
Even in idle mode computer cxan restart itself.
When i go to the sleep mode and wake it up I have always mutiple bsods at the windows startup.
After few resets it starting up correctly and then sometimes (sometimes not) rebooted in second.

Could you tell me what is going on?

In my computer there is minimal hardware connected:
1. Mouse
2. Keyboard
3. Monitors x3
4. 2 hard drives (1xSSD, 1xSATA3)
5. External PCI music card
6. 4x DDR3 RAM

I've tested RAM in memtest about 12 hours by botting it from usb.

In the post attachment my debug files (dumps etc).

After enabling driver verifier today i cannot login into the windows.
Driver verifier violation BSODS occured.
Deletion of the existing settings from driver verifier allowed me to login.
At the night compter restarted itself. Next BSODS in the attachements.

I'm late for an appt, so I just ran the memory dumps to see what you can get started with. If you have any questions, please post back and let me know.

The 2 Driver Verifier memory dumps blame NvStreamKms.sys. Here's my response from a previous post(located here: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...artup-lid-closed-dpc-watchdog.html#post379761 ):
..... NvStreamKms.sys - an nVidia driver that belongs to the nVidia Streaming Kernel service.
Check this post out for a possible fix: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/573811/nvidia-streamer-service-may-be-freezing-your-pc/
Or, you may want to uninstall the nVidia drivers and then install a fresh copy without the Streaming Kernel Service (I'm not familiar with nVidia drivers, so I don't even know if this is possible).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please also try and update your wired network adapter drivers - as they date from before the release of Win8.1

Arg4: ff00000000000001, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.
