Hello! This is my first topic.

I've got a problem - after I turn my notebook Asus M51Va into hybernation and then turn it on, usually (not always) it crashes with BSOD.
When I start system after turning it off - loading of Windows never ends with BSOD and everything is ok.

What should I do to solve the problem?

Hope you can help me) Thanks a lot!

Could you please uninstall your AMD catalyst control centre and install only the Display Driver as your AMD drivers are extremely old and may be having compatibility issues. Below is a list of old drivers which you must update :-

Only 27 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 60 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available.

C: drive only has about 7% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

The errors are primarily video, with a smattering of hardware errors and networking errors.
And, just to confuse things, the Driver Verifier enabled memory dumps blame the wireless networking drivers (NETwNs64.sys) - which date from 2008

You appear to have several wireless drivers installed, I'd suggest removing all but one (and ensure that that one is updated to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

Then, I'd update the outdated drivers (listed below).
Then, if the BSOD's continue, I'd start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics (start with the video tests).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I've updated the drivers, marked red, but the error still not fixed. After updating I have two BSOD (2 last .dmp files).
Maybe I should update something else?
I'l; try to start hardware diagnostics.

Please confirm that you got ALL Windows Updates - you only have 28 now.

The last several BSOD's point to video. Please try the steps here: Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Your BIOS dates from 2008. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

It's possible that these errors are a sign that the system isn't compatible with Win8.1 You may have to revert to Win8, Win7 or even WinVista in order to achieve stability. We'll continue to work on the BSOD's as long as you want to - but the decision to revert to an earlier version of Windows is yours.

Please note that a lot of the drivers in red still date from before Win8/8.1 was released.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
