So I am having this problem, which is I get a BSOD, as specified in the debugging analization, is caused by uTorrent.

Error is driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (tcpip.sys).

I have already tried updating my Network's Drivers.

The the dump analyzation(debug check) is:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000130, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 82b390f5, address which referenced memory

As you can see, it is caused by uTorrent, and as far as I've checked, only happens when uTorrent is doing work.

I really hope you guys can help me with this problem.

System Specs:

Toshiba Satellite l305-5944
Windows 8 32-Bit x86

NOTE: It also happened with Vuze back then, another BitTorrent program.

UPDATE: So I was checking through the internet, just because I'm desperate, I managed to fix the failed symbol problem, here's the new debug report:

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

With older BIOS's, there is a possibility that the system may not be compatible w/Windows 8/8.1 In that case, the "fix" would be to downgrade to Win7/Vista.

No Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Only 591 MB of free memory. This may cause problems with the system. Please upgrade the RAM (according to the manufacturer's recommendattions) in order to overcome this limitation. While waiting to do this, please:
- disable all unnecessary startup items
- run only 1 program at a time

This device has problems in Device Manager:
Not Available ACPI\TOS1901\2&DABA3FF&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.
This is (IMO) either the Toshiba Common Modules for Windows, the Toshiba Value Added Package. or the Toshiba Firmware Linkage driver
Please install the latest, Win8 compatible version immediately. Can also be the Password Utility or the Supervisor Password Utility - May be in Toshiba Value Added Package

The memory dumps all seem to point to a networking component.
The only 3rd party driver that appears in the stack texts mwac.sys (a component of MalwareBytes)
And it was updated at least once (so corruption isn't a suspect).

I'd suggest running Driver Verifier in an attempt to pin down the offending driver. Please use these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

DO NOT uninstall this one - only update it:
SynTP.sys Thu Aug 14 22:02:22 2008 (48A4E3AE)
Synaptic Touch Pad Driver

DO NOT uninstall this one - only update it:
AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 09:56:37 2008 (49184BA5)
Agere SoftModem Driver
