Ever since I got my computer a few months ago, I have been having regular BSOD's. I sent the computer back to the company that I bought it from - Vibox Ltd - and they sourced the crashing back to a faulty motherboard, they replaced it and ran stress tests on it for around 80 hours with no crashing. They then sent it back to me saying that the problem was resolved.
However, when I got my computer back, it had not been fixed and I was still getting the crashes. I ran WhoCrashed and they concluded that the crash was most likely a hardware issue that could be caused by a thermal issue. I mostly get these crashed whilst playing League of Legends, however, I occasionally get them while just surfing the web or anything else like that.
When the BSOD occurs, the file that it points to mostly is: C:\WINDOWS\system32\hal.dll
I would really like to get this error fixed as the Vibox company don't seem to be doing much to help. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Tom
