All your dumpfiles points to your Graphiccard:

Your driver is already from march 2014, so i presume this is not the culprit.

More info about Video TDR Timeout you can find here Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums

Overheating or a lack of power can be a source of Video TDR Timeout.
    Has your PSU enough power.
    Also overclocking can cause overheating.

As you mentioned it happened with very stressfull program like high performance games and you installed Tuneup Utilities.(speed up and optimizing program)
You are overclocking with more than 40%
    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 1600
    CurrentSpeed: 2295

    Please stop overclocking.
    Or uninstall Tuneup Utilities.
