I'm not familiar with the other drivers also - so let's just leave them alone (rather than ripping them out by the roots) and see what happens.

I just noticed the gdrv.sys driver (in RED).
Please uninstall the Gigabyte Easy Saver utility.
Also, if you have Gigabyte EasyTune (ET6) installed, please uninstall it also.

    Don't forget the HECIx64.sys driver - it's very important.

I am not able to find the Gigabyte ease saver utility.

The HECI driver seems to be the tricky one. I installed a version that was on the onedrive earlier (I believe with out issue). When I attempted to install it again it says

    ---------------------------
    Error
    ---------------------------
    C:\Drivers\Intel Management Engine Interface\data1.cab

An error occurred while trying to copy a file:
    The source file is corrupted.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.
    ---------------------------
    Abort Retry Ignore
    ---------------------------

Does the HECI still show as an old/generic version?

I don't know. Check the dates on HECIx64.sys in the C:\Windows\drivers folder
As for updating the driver, try http://downloadcenter.intel.com
    Search for Intel Management Engine.

It won't hurt to try and install them until you find one that works for you - as the installer will tell you if it doesn't work for your system.

I haven't had any luck downloading the latest driver for HECI. How important is this driver? As far as the motherboard manufacturer I have the updated drivers (2013 and above) with exception to HECI. Still seeing the BSOD for diver power state failure. Is there a way I can determine if this is a hardware issue? Thus far I ran other OS's on other drives like windows 7, Linux Ubuntu, and windows server 2012. All haven't shown any indication they have issues either (and I haven't installed drivers from gigabyte yet. ) would this indicate that a driver is the root cause and that I just have to wait until the HW manufacturers to post updates?

    Thanks again for the assistance.

Don't worry about the HECI driver for now (I'm in the process of reevaluating my stance on the importance of updating this driver).
The next step would be to try Driver Verifier using these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

You can also run these hardware diagnostics to help rule out hardware: Hardware Diagnostics
If you have a spare video card, try that for now.

Also, please zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump. You may have to copy them to your desktop in order to zip them up (I presume that you've had further BSOD's since you last uploaded the memory dumps).
