Hi,

I get like everyday bluescreens.. did like everything to fixed it, sometimes it helped for a few days and then it comes back. Its mostly of the time this error, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and this SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I feel like it is most of the time if i watch videos or listen to music.. Sometimes also if i game. I will add the logs.

Kind regards,
Emil

More than 75% of your dumpfiles from the month May are all Memory corruption related.
I advice you to check your memory withMemtest 86+ download from here http://www.carrona.org/memdiag.html
And tutorial from here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Because
we first need to know if a system has hardware problems, before we can try to solve any software problems.
But I noticed that in WinDBG that your memory modules(Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) only run at 667 mhz. According to the specifications of your mainboard Asrock 970 pro3 r2.0 you must at least use 800 mhz modules. Please check in the BIOS your current settings.

Another dumpfiles blames memory corruption and steelbus64.sys. This is probably the driver for your steelbus mouse/keyboard. Please update them to windows 8.1 drivers

One dumpfiles blames usbfilter.sys. this is the driver from AMD USB Filter Driver (likely part of the chipset drivers) . Please update them.

Please update these older drivers. Linksare included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable tofind an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for thatdriver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the systemunbootable! :
Note: first check the support/driver downloadsite of your OEM model or system ASRock > 970 Pro3 R2.0 for the latest windows 8.1 drivers.

Where can you see the speed in the bios? Could not find it ? Here is a photo of the bios.

I looked at the bios settings and changed it to 1600MHZ.. i dont remember where it was on but it wasnt on 1600MHZ. Now i look in CPU-Z and its says at Dram freq that it is 800MHZ now, so its good now ? :) Can you look if the ram settings are right? I will attach a .rar

I can not check it, because this i do in a dumpfiles and there is not a new dumpfile after you changed the settings.
But your memory are Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600. So the new settings seems to be the right one.

Go ahead with the updates.
And memorytest.

And hopefully the BSOD stopped.

Ran the last 4 memory dumps (12 and 13 May)

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 04:28:46 2011 (4DC8F73E)
ASRock App Charger Likely BSOD cause - haven't seen recently (15Jan2013)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AsrAppCharger.sys

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there. Run ALL of the diagnostics as each test does have something to do with memory (to include the hard drive - it has the virtual memory store, the pagefile).

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please uninstall the ASRock App Charger (it's driver is AsrAppCharger.sys ). It has been known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems.

Please update your AsRock XFastUSB and FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version. If there is not a compatible version available, please uninstall the program(s)

Please also try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
As the memory dump blames your video drivers, I'd start with the video tests first.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Have you reinstalled the video drivers? If so, that may have reinstalled the AMD Overdrive.

I've never seen if disabling AMD OverDrive would work - let us know how it works for you.

Which settings do you need it for? Maybe we can suggest alternate tools that will do the same things?
If I can't find something, you can always post over in the hardware forums for suggestions.

I'd suspect that those settings are also in the monitor (I use a TV for my monitor and it has all those settings).
If unable to locate them, try over in the video or hardware forums for some more expert advice.
