    windows 8.1

It is difficult to analyse with only 1 dumpfile and almost no system information. I assume you have windows 8 looking at the date of most of your drivers.

Please couldyou post your dumpfiles according to these instructions here .
Please use option one and use Grab all.

But as a start your dumpfile blames netwlv32.sys
. This is the driver for your Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN. Please update to the latest windows 8 driver.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Note: firstcheck the support/driver downloadsite of your OEM model or system for the latest windows 8 drivers.
