    BSOD after Sleep mode

    Hi All
    My first post here.
I have a Lenovo S410p idea pad. From the very first day it has been BSODing whenever it comes out of sleep mode.
I have attached the log files from SF diagnostic tool.
Any help is very much appreciated.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Is there any reason that you haven't installed Win8.1 yet? I only ask to see if there have been problems with it. Please do not install 8.1 until we're done troubleshooting and the system has been stabilized.

Only 82 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Your BIOS version dates from the year 2556, yet UEFI isn't enabled (nor is SecureBoot)

There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post: Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
Expat Shield is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems - please uninstall it immediately. It's most likely the cause of the current crop of BSOD's

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized. i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature. If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.
    Processor may be overclocked!
    Expected Frequency: 1600
    Actual Frequency: 2295
    Overclock Ratio: 1.43438

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks for your help so far.
The laptop is fresh from the retailer and has never been right. This being Thailand there is a good chance it could be a pirate copy of Windows.

I'd give it 2 weeks. If no problems in that time, then go ahead with the update.
