BSOD Page Fault In Non Paged Area when waking

Hi all,

I'm getting a BSOD every time i wake my machine from Hibernation or Sleep.

Running Windows 8.1 on Lenovo Thinkpad e540 that is about 2 months old. I'm a developer so have lots of different dev tools installed but it only started happening a week or so ago.
