When the BSOD pops up it says something like
"Error IRQ Not less or Equal to " then it says (tcpip.sys)

I've tried updating all my drivers that didnt seem to help. It also sometimes pops up when I am playing games.

I am running windows 8
If you need more info I can try and find it I'm just not that savvy.

Just right now I got another one, watching a video. I attached the second report.

Is there any particular reason that you haven't updated to Win8.1 yet? I only ask to see if there were problems. Please DO NOT update to 8.1 until after we've stopped the BSOD's - it makes the process more difficult.

Only 9 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Is there a particular reason that you are using a ASIX AX88772B USB2.0 to Fast Ethernet Adapter when you have a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (which is faster) already on the system?

MSINFO32.nfo report is corrupted. Please do the following:
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

The memory dumps point to networking errors.

My first suspicion is your Norton protection - simply because I've seen problems with it in the past (but not recently). The "test" for this is to uninstall Norton temporarily (and activate Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall while testing).

My next suspect is your Bluetooth drivers - they date from Win8 and aren't well behaved with Win8.1. Please download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

To get more info on the crashes, I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Only 9 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

This device has problems in Device Manager:

<Device><![CDATA[USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller]]></Device>
<PNP_Device_ID><![CDATA[ROOT\UOIP_BUS_DRIVER\0000]]></PNP_Device_ID>
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

The 2 dumpfiles DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) are probably caused by fwpkclnt.sys and tcpip.sys also afd.sys is mentioned. All these drivers are windowsdrivers which are updated through Windows Update.
Also the driver for the problematic USB Host driver usbxhci.sys is a windows driver.

So i strongly advice you to update your Windows Update to get the newest versions of all windows drivers and to stabilizy your system first.

I have attached the file you asked for usasma.

im using the the ethernet adapter because i had a long ethernet cable plugged in, and someone tripped on the cable pulling it, thus sort of breaking the ethernet port.

and i only have 9 updates because i had to do a system recovery.

As lifetec has stated, there's problems with this device in Device Manager:
USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller ROOT\UOIP_BUS_DRIVER\0000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Please right click on the device and select "Uninstall". Reboot the computer and check to see if the device remains as a problem. If it does, then post back so we can suggest other fixes.

Take a look at the ethernet port and see if the wires there look to be intact and aren't crossed over/touching each other.
Can you put a cable in there (and hold it in place)? If so, does it work while holding it?
I ask these questions to try to figure out if the damaged port could be causing some of your problems.

I deleted said device. and ran 106 windows updates it seems to go smoother now ill post if i get another BSOD or is there anyway i can check if it's now fixed?

The port is operational just that the thing that holds the Ethernet cable got bent so it no longer holds the cable any slight movement disconnects it.

It's good to know that the ethernet port isn't damaged. Too bad you can't use it.
We have this problem occasionally at work - and most often it's a problem with the cable. Have you tried another cable?

The only way to check and see if ithe BSOD's are fixed is to wait.
In most cases I start to figure that it's fixed after a week, and am pretty sure it's fixed after 2 weeks - but that is dependent on the situation and the frequency of the BSOD's.

Good luck!
