Hello W8 experts,
I am coming begging for help.
I have just installed a new SSD in a lenovo W500, and at the very end of the reinstallation (clear install) with all drivers and programs and cofigurations done (and of course just before creating a restore point ) I got a unhappy BSOD with KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
I fear/guess it can be due to the Lenovo Power Manager, which as not compatible with windows 7, I installed in compatibility mode (following Lenovo forums indications : Lenovo Power Manager in Windows 8 - Page 3 - Lenovo Community)
Which by the way, I can't uninstall now in safe mode because it say "Warning : Cannot run on this system",
Needless to say, I have search over several forums posts here with the same title, but everything seems unrelated.
I have give a view with BlueScreenView (by Nir Sofer) and in the seven dump files the system have, there is always same red line : ntoskrnl.exe +1597e9
In order to try to solve the problems I have disable several services and programs and uninstall

Is that BSOD solvable?,
how can a "not compatible program" installed with compatibility mode can be uninstalled ?
