Is there any reason that you haven't installed Win8.1 yet (it's free)? I only ask to see if there were problems with it. Don't install it until we've fixed your problems - as it'll complicate things.
Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.
Only 114 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get
ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
C: drive only has less than 5% free space, E: drive has about 7% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on
ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)
Cracks and hacks don't work like normal programs and often have problems just because of them. We don't offer support for those here, so I suggest you remove them and see if the problem persists. You've also go a lot of stuff running out of your AppData folder - which is (IMO) either a sign of malware or a sign of poor programming. I would suggest several independent anti-malware scans to verify that your current protection is working adequately.
Intel Management Engine (ME) dates from 2009 and must be updated
LogMeIn drivers date from 2007/8 and must be removed (uninstalled).
HotSpotShield is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems and must be uninstalled (especially as your verions dates from 2011)
Your Wireless drivers also date from 2011 and must be updated.
Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.
If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:
Driver Verifier Settings
