Symptoms say it's a bad video card (hardware is broken) - but let's have a look at the reports first (as it can be due to lower level drivers also).....

Systeminfo.txt report is empty. Please:
systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Please be sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all.

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

C: drive has about 5% free space; F: drive has about 0.5% free space; T: drive has about 0.4% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

You have 3 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

These devices are disabled:
VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1 ROOT\VMWARE\0000 This device is disabled.
VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet8 ROOT\VMWARE\0001 This device is disabled.
NVIDIA High Definition Audio HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0012&SUBSYS_10DE0101&REV_1001\5&3AD6190C&0&0001 This device is disabled.
NVIDIA High Definition Audio HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0012&SUBSYS_10DE0101&REV_1001\5&3AD6190C&0&0101 This device is disabled.
NVIDIA High Definition Audio HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0012&SUBSYS_10DE0101&REV_1001\5&3AD6190C&0&0201 This device is disabled.

Is this deliberate? If so, why? Please re-enable each of the devices and update their drivers. Feel free to disable the NVIDIA High Definition Audio again - but I'd suggest uninstalling the VMware program in order to see if it is contributing to the BSOD's.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

I note that you have ntoskrnx.exe installed on your system. Regardless of the legality of this, I strongly suspect that it's at least part of the problem with your system.

There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post: Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Video card passes benchmark tests with 332 and previous drivers, anything newer gives BSOD.
I have all updates and newest bios, C: drive is 1TB WD Black and it have 50GB free, cant free more for now. All drives are WD, 2 Black and 1 Blue and power supply is OCZ GSX 600, those devices are deliberately disabled because i do not need them, i did not install spdt driver with daemon tools. Windows is legal, i got serial from Dreamsparks, ntoskrnx.exe is probably used to enable PAE, i must use 32 bit version of windows for some programs. Programs using LUM.sys and evsbc.sys were removed, but drivers stayed, how can i remove them? Other three drivers are updated to latest version. I do not have problems with activation and not sure i should use MGADiag, as far as i know pirated copies use kms server and do not touch kernel.
