The systeminfo.txt report is missing. Please rerun the reports and include it with your next post.
Meanwhile, ensure that you have ALL Windows Updates (it may take repeated trips to get them all).

Is there any reason that you haven't updated to Win8.1 yet? I ask in case there have been problems with it.

Please uninstall Razer Game Booster as it's known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

I'm guessing that this is a problem with your video card, and it may be a hardware problem. Start with these free diagnostics (and start with the video tests - but complete them all as they may have an impact on the video): Hardware Diagnostics

Your Razer Lycosa drivers date from 2008. These older drivers are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems. Please update to the latest, Win8 compatible drivers. If unable to find Win8 compatible drivers, please uninstall the Razer software/drivers and physically remove the device from your system.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
