hi.and welcome to eightforums. I didn't have a chance to look at the attached files ,but for now I would say to check you ram for errors ,I use memtest86 that I have installed on a usb drive .you could google for memtest86 and use it to scan the ram for errors

Random Freezing and BSOD (SF Diagnostics included)

Hello I have been getting freezes and BSOD about 3 times a day while playing games and just being on youtube. I have ran 3 full passes on memtest86 with no errors(not sure if that's enough).

The WER section of MSINFO32 tends blame your Realtek Audio (RTKVHD64.sys) - but there also may be a video issue (nvlddmkm.sys).

Interestingly, there are also traces of Windows Defender in the memory dumps (the drivers that start with MpKsl...) - which I haven't seen in a long, long time.
Please try a couple of these free anti-malware scans to be sure that the system is free of malware: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (be advised that I've only updated one link on it in the last 2 years - so some may not be compatible w/Win8)

It seems that you've updated your video drivers at least twice recently - so that effectively rules them out as a source of the problem. Please check (in Device Manager) to be sure that your nVidia HD Audio Driver is version 1.3.30.1 (the latest available version).

I would suggest updating the Realtek High Definition Codecs from here: Realtek
The RTKVHD64.sys driver dates from 05 Nov 2013 - later than your current driver (21 Aug 2013)

I've seen mention of conflicts between on-board sound and the sound that now comes built into video cards.
I have to wonder if disabling one or the other (as has been suggested on the internet) would help you out.
Be sure to update the drivers as they often still load at startup (before the device is disabled by Windows).

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
