Seemingly random BSODs seem to come from ntkrnlmp.exe

I've tried wiping my computer and re-installing Windows and starting fresh. I tried trickling in programs (Adobe Creative Cloud, nVidia drivers, some games ) but am unable to confidently point the finger at something. Originally Windows 7 and have since upgraded to 8 and 8.1 and have gotten repeated BSOD since. I'll get them at any time, programs running or not, whether i'm using the machine or let it sit overnight. The only thing my computer needs is to be logged in to windows. Rarely can go more than 24 hours without a crash. I get all kinds of BSOD messages. " ntkrnlmp.exe" seems to come up a lot in the debug.

I've tried to learn at night about debugging and finding the problem but am at my wit's end. My search for an answer kept landing on this forum. Since starting this message, I've had one BSOD, and three sudden reboots sans BSOD (a new problem, the only common denominator being the SF Diagnostic tool was on those times).

I greatly appreciate the hard work the folks on this forum do. I hope my upload can provide some insight into this problem.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

You have 3 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

These devices are disabled in Device Manager:
PCI Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5289&SUBSYS_71041558&REV_01\4&38CB7065&0&00E2 This device is disabled.

Not Available ACPI\PNPC000\1 This device is disabled.

Bluetooth Peripheral Device BTHENUM\{CBECAB40-A2C8-4AB3-ADC1-DE0FE95D8600}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&27D0921B&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is disabled.

PCI Simple Communications Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_71041558&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0 This device is disabled.

SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C22&SUBSYS_71041558&REV_04\3&11583659&0&FB This device is disabled.
These are (in the order above):
    Realtek PCIE CardReader
    A modem of some type
    Bluetooth device
    Intel Management Engine
Intel 8 Series/C220 Series SMBus Controller (part of the Intel chipset drivers)

The last 2 must be enabled and updated with the latest Win8.1 version for your system to operate properly. DO NOT disable them.
The first 3 must be enabled and updated with the latest Win8.1 version. It's your choice to disable them afterwards

I hesitate to draw any conclusions from the memory dumps due to the issues in Device Manager. Repair those issues and, if the BSOD's continue, we'll work more in-depth with them.

Seemingly Random ntfs.sys BSODs in BSOD Crashes and Debugging
Hello there. So I've been running into this problem for a while, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I built this PC in December of 2013, and it's been giving me some issues since built it, but the most recent problem is an ntfs.sys blue screen that pops up every so often. The most recent...
I recently replaced my motherboard and PSU due to a power surge. Since then, I've been getting a lot of different BSODs. Most of them seem to be driver errors and occur while gaming. I've ran memtest86 and came up with no problems. I'd appreciate any help I can get, pretty clueless here.
