- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")

Overheating can cause the Live Kernel Events (among other things)
Also, please ensure that you place the laptop on a hard surface when using it - and, if possible, use a cooling pad when playing games. Get a can of canned air and use it to blow out all the vents on the laptop (DO NOT use an air compressor or a vacuum as they can damage the system).
