Is there any reason that you have not updated to Win8.1 yet? I ask to see if you are having problems with it.

Only 45 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

This device is disabled in Device Manager. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Bluetooth USB Module USB\VID_0489&PID_E04E\6&2DD24A3D&0&1 This device is disabled.
Please:
- download a fresh set of the latest, Win8 compatible drivers for this device
- enable the device
- install the drivers
If you'd like, feel free to disable it again.

Lot's of Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
Overheating can cause the Live Kernel Events (among other things)
Also, please ensure that you place the laptop on a hard surface when using it - and, if possible, use a cooling pad when playing games. Get a can of canned air and use it to blow out all the vents on the laptop (DO NOT use an air compressor or a vacuum as they can damage the system).

As you are aware, this is a video error. Here are some steps to follow to troubleshoot this particular error: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

No patterns seen in the Events log file.
Keep up with the temperature monitoring and the video troubleshooting.
As time allows, also try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
(the lack of patterns is sometimes a symptom of a hardware problem)

Hi again

I think i solved it. This is what i did.

1º - I went to the Laptop website (Acer | explore beyond limits)
2º - I search for the drivers that my laptop needed ( Graphic Card Drivers )
3º - With Display Driver Unistaller (Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 12.6.2) i desinstalled the previous drivers that was installed in my laptop in SAFE MODE
4º - I Installed the drivers that i downloaded
5º - Cleaned up the regist errors with ccleaner
6º - I installed the drivers that i needed and was outdated.

hope it helped

PS: Sorry for my bad english and Thanks for the helps.
