Lot's of network errors - and lot's of "messy" OS errors
I have to wonder about a corrupt OS here.

    First try this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
If the problem is fixable, you can use this command to repair it (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after typing it:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
If that doesn't work, then try a "Refresh" of Windows
    Refresh Windows 8

Okay, I did the following command prompt commands and at first it said I had no corrupted files or anything. But just to be safe I did the restore health one and it said "The restore operation completed successfully. The component store corruption was repaired." So does that mean it's fixed?? What do I do now? If it doesn't work should I do the refresh? I have my Windows 8 disk, but I don't believe I have the key it comes with. Is there a way to find it? :O But I guess I'll wait and see if this helps. Anything I need to do?

I'm not certain about the fix, but as long as the last once completed successfully there's nothing to worry about.

Now you wait to see if that has helped. If not, then do the Refresh.
You won't need a key for the Refresh (or for a Reset for that matter).

Okay, sounds good. I'll keep you posted with that. Would I lose any of my drivers I manually updated if I have restore? I went on my Event viewer and I saw this "The description for Event ID 0 from source iPod Service cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

    Service started/resumed"

That startles me a bit. I wonder if it's still corrupted or just missing that ID 0.

If you Refresh, you most likely would not lose the drivers.
If you Reset, you will most likely lose the drivers that you updated.

Please don't get too wrapped up in the Event Viewer. There are many, many errors that don't mean what they seem to say - and you can spend hours chasing them down only to find that there's nothing wrong.

As for this latest error - uninstall iTunes, then download a fresh copy and install it.
The error simply states that it can't find the description for this particular Event ID - and it suggests that you can repair/reinstall it to fix it. Be aware that this may not fix it - but it won't hurt it either.

Unlucky. Just right now my PC was frozen completely. Just a black screen. I was going to login but that happened. I guess I'll have to refresh -_-

I'm not happy right now -_- Turns out the refresh cleaned out my whole pc besides one of my harddrives. Here's the event log. It's now LOADED with stuff now.

Most of the entries in this log are due to problems connecting with the internet, and (presumably) apps that weren't reinstalled after the Refresh.

FWIW - it also states that access to drivers on Windows Update was blocked by "policy". Is this a work computer, or do you have some extra security loaded that restricts settings?

Nope. For some reason they option for using windows updates was disabled. I enabled it though. As for the wireless I had to update my wireless card and my other stuff since I lost it. In those event logs, did you see anything involving the Kernel errors or is taht a thing of the past? I also need to put Malawarebytes and windows defender back on EDIT. I get all these errors about app-readiness. I'm not sure what's that all about.

Edit: I had to do a windows update and after a while my screen went black.. I had to reset and it continued the windows update

One of the Admin.zip files is newer than the other. Sorry for the confusion :O

    Edit 8:30 PM Yeah I also have this. The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {135FD325-45B7-4C30-89F8-4386961669F0}
    and APPID
    {135FD325-45B7-4C30-89F8-4386961669F0}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool. Not sure what that is or what it means. I'm really confused about my problems. I had a kernel error even though I did refreshed the pc -__________-

I don't fix COM errors. They are usually harmless and I have found that they are too much trouble to fix (for me at least).

Which kernel error are you referring to? The Critical error is unexplained - it could be you shutting down the computer by holding the power button, a hardware error, or another unknown cause. There are no other events around that time that appear to have caused it (for example, if you get a BSOD, then you'll see a BugCheck error around the time of the Critical error (the Event ID 41 - Kernel Power error).
