Multiple BSOD are crashing my System, need help.

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Only 98 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Any particular reason why you haven't updated to Win8.1 yet? (I'm not suggesting that you do it - just want to know if problems exist).

These devices have problems in Device Manager:
Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250 USB\VID_8086&PID_0186\6&D272DC4&0&5 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Not Available ACPI\SNY5001\4&2C6A9CE5&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Base System Device PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E230&SUBSYS_9071104D&REV_00\4&1EAEF792&0&01E1 The drivers for this device are not installed.
The first device is your Wifi/WiMax drivers.
The next device is the 'Sony Notebook Control Driver' which is part of the driver called "SFEP" - Sony Firmware Extension Parser.
The last device is the media card reader for your system
Please install the drivers for these devices immediately.

About 25 of the memory dumps in the WER section of MSINFO32 blame HotSpotShield (HSS). Please uninstall it immediately as it has been known to cause BSOD's in Windows systems. The drivers date from 2009/2010 and are those known to cause BSOD's.

There may be some video stuff scattered in and amongst the HSS stuff - but let's get rid of the HSS and see what happens.....

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

DO NOT REMOVE this one - it MUST BE UPDATED:

Post back if the BSOD's continue after removing HSS and updating the above drivers. We'll move on from there with the new memory dumps.
Good luck!

Arg3: 0000000000000010, Reserved
Arg4: 000000000000000e, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.
