Your BIOS dates from 2007. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.
There is a good chance that this system isn't compatible with Win8/8.1 While it may work, there may continue to be problems that just can't be fixed. It's your call on when to decide if you should give up on this and revert to Win7 or earlier.
Make sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips there (and several reboots) to get them all. This is very important if this is a compatibility issue.
There is this error in Device Manager:
Microsoft PS/2 Mouse ACPI\PNP0F03\4&46769B1&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
If you're using a USB mouse, it's safe to ignore this error. If not using a USB mouse, post back and we'll see what we can figure out.
You have a NETGEAR RangeMax(TM) Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter WPN111
Yet this device was not visible in your reports.
Please let us know what reports you have modified and why.
There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to).
If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.
Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post:
Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop -
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win7/Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8/8.1 drivers -
DO NOT use Vista drivers!!! - your drivers date from 2006 and 2008!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
I have had issues with KeePass2 on my Win8.1 system. I uninstalled it (from the system and from the browser) and most of the issues have gone away.
Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.
If, after fixing all of this, the errors persist, I'd suggest these free diagnostics:
Hardware Diagnostics
Make sure to run all of the video tests - as video was blamed in each of the memory dumps.
In this case I'd suspect incompatibility of the video card - or a hardware problem with the video card.
If the stress tests fail, the next step is to try another video card. If you don't have one to try it with, purchase one from a shop that accepts returns (so you can get your money back if it doesn't fix your problem).
