BSOD Driver P State Failure & KMODE Exception Not Handled

Hello! For the past few months I've been dealing with a "Driver Power State Failure"
I am using Windows 8.1 on a custom built desktop.

Suddenly as I was playing Titanfall I got a "Kmode exception not handled" bsod. [followed by (lan..something)]
I have tried a few solutions to the problem to no avail, I thought it was my graphics card (msi 660ti) which I sent in for a RMA, I uninstalled those drivers and put in a temporary msi 560ti and reinstalled them.
My most recent "Driver Power State Failure" has been saved and uploaded as "bsod view"
I also ran the SF_Diagnostic Tool and will upload that as well. -Not sure how to upload .zip, will upload .rar
    SFdebug is SDdebugFiles-Cryloc attachment.
I went to command prompt and did sfc /scannow The main results are as follows:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

If I should upload this as well let me know.
I'm unsure of what other details you all need, I thank you in advance for your support.

-Edit: I should also mention I was having this error before I did a clean install from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1

-Edit 2: When I power on my PC there is some kind of recovery error each time it boots cold, I must hit the reset button each time.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [S] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/S] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
Because the error continued after a clean install, please try these free diagnostics: Initial Hardware Diagnostics

Problems with SFC.EXE can be addressed in the Windows Update forums located here: Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums
Please be sure to let them know that you also have a BSOD topic that's being worked on.

The memory dumps seem to point at the hard drive, but this can also be the connections/caling, the storage controller, your chipset, or even the Daemon Tools software. If you remove Daemon Tools and pass the hardware diags - then we'll move on to updating chipset and storage controller drivers.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

    Windows 8.1

Thanks for your response, I have done nearly everything stated above.
    I have been able to:
Remove Daemon Tools Lite & check if SPTD is still on the system (I don't believe it was installed to begin with)
I followed the hardware diagnostics and the memtest passed on 3 tries/windows version of hardware test was run.
Checked windows update for pending updates.
The red-outlined drivers (LGVirHid.sys & LGBusEnum.sys were updated supposedly, I reinstalled the gaming suite.
The non-highlighted updates were checked upon - Realtek drivers, Nvidia, (reinstalled Avast).
I was unable to find any chipset updates.

After this, I still believe there to be an error, I have no bluescreened but have noticed that periodically when doing seemingly random tasks (and boot) my Disk is consistently at 100% usage which is quite frightening, I'm thinking my hard drive is defective - luckily no data loss has been observed. When doing my hardware diagnostic test I was unable to run it,
    Model - wdc wd10 02faex-00z3a0
Each attempt at running before windows was booted was met with an error "0120" A quick google revealed that I needed to change my sata ports to IDE from AHCI, I did so, which then changed from that error to -
a licence key not being available and "command.(something)" unavailable as well.

Any more advice would be appreciative, any more logs/reports can be delivered to you again upon request, I also have a question about whether after all of these installs I should use CCleaner to clean registry/app files.
    Thank you.

EDIT: a bit possibly off topic - When I boot my "pres del key for boot menu" comes up twice, it pops up for a couple seconds then goes black, later replaced again by the same screen.

-In bios menu I am unable to use my mouse, only keyboard. (mouse seems to only go horizontal when moved forward/backwards on mouse pad.
    My Mobo is M5A99X_EVO_R20

    Bios info in pic attached
Disk examply attached as well, 5.7MB/s was highest observed from a restart, went to 0.6Mb/s and still 100% usage.

My suspicions are that there's either:
    - a hard drive problem
    - a BIOS/UEFI problem
    - your motherboard may not be compatible w/Win8.1

To test the hard drive, try the SeaGate SeaTools bootable disk: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
If that doesn't work, then try the SeaGate SeaTools test for Windows (available from here: SeaTools for Windows | Seagate )

    Check the Asus website for:
    - BIOS/UEFI updates
    - to see if Asus supports Win8.1 on this motherboard

You can check the disk usage in several ways:
    - you can click on the "Disk" column header in order to sort by it (I don't find this very useful), or
    - by going to the Details tab in Task Manager and right click on the column headers
then select I/O Reads and I/O Other.
When viewing you can sort by these 2 columns to see what's accessing your hard drive the most.
