    Finding the sources kernel_security_check_failure

Hey guys, I keep getting the kernel_security_check_failure BSOD every time I plug a USB into my PC. I need help finding the cause, I suspect it's some out of date driver, but It seems to happen to more than one type of input, so what is causing it? Any help at all is appreciated.
