Hello , I have an alienware laptop with windows 8.1 installed.
Never had a problem with it in the last 4-5 months until last night.
For some reason on shutdown it gave me a BSOD , I rebooted went to bios , disabled INTEL SpeedStep , and started browsing the internet , when a second BSOD interrupted me.
I am not sure what the problem is , I am attaching me SF file here.

How did you conclude that disabling Intel Speedstep will help in solving the BSOD?

Btw, I am trying to debug your files :)

The Minidumps suggest that

KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)
A kernel component has corrupted a critical data structure. The corruption
could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this machine.

The following are the probable causes according to me :-
1. Your file system is corrupt. Try running "sfc /scannow" command in an elevated command prompt.
2. Did you recently install any Driver? Did you make sure that the drivers are compatible with Windows 8.1? Cuz, many drivers are still not supported. See if there are any updates available to the Drivers.
3. Another possible cause is that your system is infected. It may be a possible reason because the Dump file suggests that there was stack based buffer overrun.

Try scanning your computer as well with any antivirus.

Most likely it is then driver incompatibility because Windows 8.1 requires uses new sets of drivers to work properly. That is why I also backtracked to Windows 8 :p

Now, I am not able to find the driver which is causing this as I am completely new in this field but, I am trying to learn :)

What I can say more is to use Driver Verifier by following this guide - Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers - Windows 7 Help Forums

But, I will wait for a more senior member to comment on the use of driver verifier.

I prefer my own instructions (here: Driver Verifier Settings )
You'll note that they are very similar to the other link - so it's really not a problem either way you go.
