Assembled new PC, kernel data inpage error in Windows 8

I recently built a new PC and I'm having trouble figuring out if the cause of the crash is the mobo, the ram, or the SSD, or the pagefile. I ran memtest and one of the sticks of ram came back with errors so I've taken that out but I don't know if it was the stick or the port the stick was in, I plan on checking that soon.

I don't know how to check to see if the SSD is faulty.

When the crash occurs the audio cuts out and all of the USB devices turn off, Windows 8 then says an audio device was unplugged. Then it cuts to the BSoD. Windows doesn't create a memory dump, I followed the guide in the sticky.

Motherboard: Sabertooth 990fx
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: GTX 770
RAM: G-Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro

All my drivers are up to date.

I just tested the second stick and let it run for about 5 passes without any errors. The first stick got a single error on the sixth pass on test 6 so I plan on running more tests on it over night. I have noticed a lack of kernel data inpage error's since removing the stick, however the problems with the USBs disabling and the audio device crashing still occur.

No Windows Updates installed. Most 8.1 systems have 40 or 50 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Any particular reason that you are not using UEFI or Secure Boot?

nVidia audio is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

The memory dump blames myfault.sys - a test program from Mark Russinovich.
Please remove this program from your system.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

>Any particular reason that you are not using UEFI or Secure Boot?

I was trying to boot Linux, but it kept failing to load for some reason. I'd tell Ubuntu to boot the live disk and the screen would flash and the computer would reset. It's enabled now.

>nVidia audio is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

They're enabled now, I was trying to see if disabling them would help. They're enabled now.

>The memory dump blames myfault.sys - a test program from Mark Russinovich.
Please remove this program from your system.

Yes, I was trying to make sure crash dumps were working because Windows wasn't producing a crash dump.

Asus Charger Driver [br] Likely BSOD cause - haven't seen recently (15Jan2013)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AiChargerPlus.sys

Both of these are a part of the Ai Suite which I installed after making the thread. I still get the problems. The most recent event I had to unplug and put back in the USB devices (keyboard, mouse, X-Box 360 controller, and HDD) and it allowed me to use them but the computer would stutter and jump so it was unusable. The Realtek Audio monitor software kept popping up telling me a device was unplugged. The computer has to be restarted at this point.

I'll update windows and run the Driver Verifier.

I've been monitoring the temps this whole time and they are fine. I've ran benchmarks for the graphics card and the CPU and they're both fine. I ran check disk on the SSD and it came back fine. Samsung's Magician software says the drive is healthy.

I can't see anything specific in the log, but there are a large number of errors there.

I'd suggest starting with this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

If the problem is fixable, you can use this command to repair it (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after typing it:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
