Solved STOP 0x0000003B causing boot stuck on black screen

There's this bugcheck that forces me to refresh install my W8 installation.
Everything was normal until I restarted my system and it takes longer time to boot. The screen stays black after boot logo disappearing, until I saw a BSOD.

Attached below is last and the only dump file generated while BSOD occured. I need to know what's the real cause so I can prevent it in the futures (this is like my third time to refresh install in less than a year...)

Note that I generated this diagnostic after refresh install so it might be irrelevant to crash dump attached...

Thanks in advance

Is there any reason that you have not updated to Win8.1?

No Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

Be careful with your Sierra Wireless USB device. In the past I've seen problems with these - especially if you're using older drivers (yours date from 2011 and may not be Win8 compatible).
The test is to uninstall the drivers and remove the device from the system and see if it stops the BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Do not remove this one, only update it:

ATK WMIACPI Utility

I would suggest monitoring the system after you get ALL Windows Updates. Most times this will fix the majority of BSOD's.
If not, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Thanks for your help, usasma.

Reason I haven't upgraded to 8.1 is there's no updated drivers for my laptop yet. And I keep hearing troubles on that OS which is not an issue on 8. Well I think I can get away with it... I'll look forward to upgrade soon.

Yes I haven't updated my Win 8 yet since previous refresh install... there's some trouble with my ISP which makes it troubled to contact update server. I would look into this first.

Thanks for your info and advice, once again :)

No rush for 8.1, but I would keep trying to update to it.
It took me until a month ago to update to 8.1, but it seems much more stable/easy to work with than 8 was.
