    I'm afraid it's a bit more complicated...

    1) Uninstalled HAXM
    2) Uninstalled Virtual Box
    3) Uninstalled Intel Thermal Framework

    Result:

Time to go to sleep is ok. At wake up, I am able to get to login screen. I am able to enter password. I am even able to see the desktop and move the mouse. Then the cursor turns to wait spinner. Wait... Wait... Cannot click anything... Wait... BSOD!

    Damn it!!!!!!!!!

    Attached report.

Well, we have another story as my last post says: So very excellent what you've done. See what I mean? Out of the way now.

Update Intel Management Engine from Intel.com:

    HECIx64 HECIx64.sys Mon Jul 02 18:14:58 2012 (4FF21D62)

Update ATK and Probe II (and/or AI Suite) from ASUS for your model:

    ASMMAP64 ASMMAP64.sys Thu Jul 02 05:13:26 2009 (4A4C7A36)
    atkwmiacpi64 atkwmiacpi64.sys Tue Sep 06 21:44:52 2011 (4E66CC94)

    I would disable startup item:

    IAStorIcon "c:\program files\intel\intel(r) rapid storage technology\iastoriconlaunch.exe" "c:\program files\intel\intel(r) rapid storage technology\iastoricon.exe" 60 Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and disable this service, then reboot (to test for now):

Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology IAStorDataMgrSvc Running Auto Own Process "c:\program files\intel\intel(r) rapid storage technology\iastordatamgrsvc.exe" Ignore LocalSystem 0

    --------------

After these things have been accomplished, if it crashes again, please attach latest tool run (same as you've been doing) and also make a screenshot of CPU-Z SPD tab and one each for each stick of RAM of the SPD tab and attach as well.

Hi, I can't find any updated version of thede drivers for my model either on intel or asus websites. I have tried only disabling service and startup app, reboot, and bsod on sleep wakeup is till there. I'll be away for the weekend, I will spend some more time on this on monday, I'm thinking more and more seriously to reset windows if we don't progress.

Hi guys, I would like to update you on this after a couple of weeks of silence: it happens that it wasn't a software issue, but hardware failure. After having uninstalled almost everything and even restore windows 8 to its pristine state - and issue was still there, I contacted ASUS support and they told me that it was likely hardware, so I sent my laptop out for repair. It took exactly a week (including shipping) and I got bak my laptop with a paper that said that they replaced the SSD.
Now it works normally, it can get out from standby in a few seconds and it boots much faster.

I couldn't believe the HW was faulty, not just after 6 months of usage... But I saw at least another thread like this ending up like this. Thanks to everyone for their help and competence, I really really appreciated it!
