Like I often say, many antivirus solutions are just as bad or worse than some malware.

Uninstall your Avast, use the removal tool after, then set Windows Firewall and Windows Defender to Automatic and start them too.

Then you can begin to make your system better.

Update from ASUS for your model in Downloads/Utilities:

AiCharger AiCharger.sys Thu Sep 22 22:04:40 2011 (4E7BE938) <<< AI USB Charger

ASMMAP64 ASMMAP64.sys Thu Jul 02 05:13:26 2009 (4A4C7A36) <<< ATK and/or Probe II
atkwmiacpi64 atkwmiacpi64.sys Tue Sep 06 21:44:52 2011 (4E66CC94) <<< ATK

Uninstall Eldos software:

CBDisk CBDisk.sys Wed Jan 13 04:15:47 2010 (4B4D8F43)

(You can install PowerISO to replace it.)

Update Intel Management Engine driver from Intel.com:

HECIx64 HECIx64.sys Mon Jul 02 18:14:58 2012 (4FF21D62)

Update from Realtek:

Rt630x64 Rt630x64.sys Mon Jul 30 12:03:12 2012 (5016B040)
RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Tue Jun 12 06:02:32 2012 (4FD713B8)

Delete this driver:

Code:
0: kd> lmvm PxHlpa64
start end module name
fffff880`01474000 fffff880`014801a0 PxHlpa64 (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\PxHlpa64.sys
    Image name: PxHlpa64.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Oct 17 10:29:34 2011 (4E9C3BCE)
    CheckSum: 0001C018
    ImageSize: 0000C1A0
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Then delete the subkey for it in Regedit found here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

Reboot.

Then fix your DVD drive like this:
