    BSOD halmacpi.dll and ntoskrnl.exe WINDOWS 8

Hello, in 2014 i had 7 BSOD's all happened when i was browsing the web. I did looked in google about halmacpi.dll and ntoskrnl.exe and did as some people suggested. I've run my antivirus and checked HDD, both programs passed the test. Strange is that blue screen in header have big smiley face (which i've never seen before in BSOD) and later in text writes that it's gathering some information about crash with progress bar from 0% to 100%
Today i've reformated HDD and installed fresh copy of Windows 8. When windows tried to install antivirus 2 times in a row i received 2 BSOD with same sad smiley face and in bottom text REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

    The machine is a mess.

    It also has rootkit software.

Use Killdisk on the hard drive to wipe it, then install Windows.

Do not install Daemon Tools. Use PowerISO instead.

Update all drivers from manufacturers' websites.

Change passwords to all of your machines and all websites.

Disable the modem if you do not use it.

I recently installed Windows 8 RTM and am having tons of BSOD's. The machine is still mostly usable, though, as the errors seem to be occurring randomly. Generally, it boots fine, and plays games/other strenuous things fine. Usually the BSOD's occur when idle or when browsing in Chrome. Before I...
