    Hi,

    Update from Realtek's website:

    Rt630x64 Rt630x64.sys Wed Oct 19 08:12:55 2011 (4E9EBEC7)

Please attach a screenshot of CPU-Z first tab, one of memory tab and one each for each stick of RAM of SPD tab.

After updating the Realtek driver, if any more crashes (it didn't cause them though):

Replace the RAM entirely and it will fix the issue. You can contact the RAM maker and they will exchange for you. Show them this thread and request a matched set.

Best of luck and enjoy, when you receive new RAM.

(You should take RAM out and re-seat it first to ensure that the sticks are in well, before contacting them. For their benefit as well as yours, it's also a good idea to update bios to newest.)

Let's see new CPU-Z screenshots about it all, to see if new memory is set well. Also, latest crash dump please, to verify.

If it isn't, we'll change it so it is.

If it is, then quite possible that you have blown caps on the motherboard, specifically near and around the CPU. Is this motherboard older? You should inspect them, even the ones under the heatsink if any, for leaking electrolyte from tops or bottoms and also see if they are perfectly flat or not.
