    Hello,

    Update or uninstall:

    ADIHdAud ADIHdAud.sys Fri Aug 03 14:27:57 2007 (46B373AD)

Update from Intel.com (Intel PRO/1000 Adapter NDIS 6 deserialized driver):

    e1e6032e e1e6032e.sys Tue Mar 24 14:17:23 2009 (49C923B3)

Update Management Engine Interface driver from Intel.com:

    HECIx64 HECIx64.sys Fri Sep 18 18:32:16 2009 (4AB40A70)

It is likely that your memory is set unwell in the bios or defective. Please attach a screenshot of CPU-Z first tab, one of memory tab and one each for each stick of RAM of SPD tab, along with new crash dumps if they should occur.

You should also install everything Windows Updates shows you, besides any hardware drivers.
