Solved Random Shut downs on an Asus k55a

My Asus K55A has been shutting down randomly. I do nothing really intensive on my laptop, just Word and Chrome. I have attached my admin events for reference. This has happened before and lead to a BSOD so I had the OS reinstalled and the only thing I have added to the basic system is Word. I have not updated to 8.1 so I am not sure if that really matters. I really need this laptop running correctly, I am taking the bar in July and cannot risk it randomly shutting down. Any help would be appreciated!
I usually am just on Chrome with a few tabs open or with Chrome and Word open. It just shuts down quickly and without warning and stays off until I turn it back on. Sometimes when I turn it back on it takes a while to load icons etc. Let me know if there is any other information that could help!

here is the SFDebug file

For starters, update ASUS USB AI Charger and ATK (and/or Probe II) from Downloads/Utilities for your model.

This driver date is unusually old and poor:

iirsp iirsp Kernel 12/13/2005 4:47:54 PM

Probably a good idea to run sfc /scannow command from elevated prompt.

Update: NETwNs64 @netwns64.inf,___ %NIC Kernel 10/6/2011 10:45:03 AM

Update from Realtek's website: RTL8168 Realtek 8168 NT Driver Kernel 6/12/2012 9:37:53 AM

Update PCIe card reader software from Realtek's site.

Install latest HD Audio codec driver from Realtek's website.

Install latest HD Graphics 4000 from Intel.

Scan for malware with Malwarebytes and ADWCleaner.
