Hello guys Im new to the forums I dont usually post everytime i experience problems since usually you can follow existing threads to fix most... but now its different...this bsod that i kept facing everytime i start my laptop after shutdown (which takes about 10-15minutes, then after a bsod appears stating the ff. thing is after the booting is successful I dont experience any unusual operation on the machine)

My Laptop is a ASUS ROG G750 JX
RAM is 16GB

the error message:

Your PC ran into a problem
This problem cause your PC to restart...

C:\Windows\Minidump\021814-49101-01.dmp (values after the Minidump\ changes )
C:\Users\Derriek Pogi\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-165625-0.sysdata.xmf (I changed the user already I dont know why it kept saying Derriek Pogi as a user)
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Hey,

You have a nasty rootkit malware:

rikvm_38F51D56 rikvm_38F51D56.sys Mon May 14 03:49:40 2012 (4FB0B914)

Use Killdisk on the hard drive and install Windows. Change all passwords to everything, everywhere.

Hi guys, after reading : BSOD on restart Windows 8.1 0xc000021a WINLOGON_FATALERROR

I came to a conclusion to perform this solution...

Link: Clean Install - Windows 8

how do I do the said process (clean install) w/o the disc? I bought my laptop on Jan 2014 ( im pretty sure the os was bought too? or am I wrong? how do I even know that its legit sorry im pretty noob in softwares )

another thing is I have 4 drives

C D E and F...

all the OS related programs are installed in C...

D is for the games

E has no files

and F has the installers for games in D

after I perform the said solution will I lose my files on D E and F as well? ( if so its okay im just gonna put in on my HDD )

please reply :(
