Hello,

My laptop encountered a BSOD just now, with an error message BAD_POOL_CALLER. Doesn't know what it means, need help.

That time I was playing Left 4 Dead 2 with my friends through LAN, my friend (the game host) dc-ed for a while so it affects the three of us. But then he reconnects back so my other friends just reconnect into the game also. Not for my laptop though, my game is not responding and I cannot reconnect back into the game, it freezes. So I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and I click the Sign out button. My laptop restarted and I log in back. After logging in and going to the desktop, my pc hangs and the BSOD occurs. It restarts again and back to normal. But what could have make that BSOD occurs in the first place?

Thanks for the help.

Can you give me the link for that Downloads/Utilities section? I can't find it anywhere in this forum.

And how do I check the software that owns those drivers that you mention?

I will uninstall VClone. But VClone is the best freeware that I can find that can mount .iso image.

So the cause of this BSOD is due to outdated/missing drivers?
