Driver irql not less or equal to netio.sys problem

hello,

I have been getting this error since i installed a program called razer surround booster and i cant delete it. When i try to download something via utorrent i get a blue screen.

Please remove the following..

1) wprotectmanager.exe

**This might be listed as Wsys Control under Programs & Features.**

2) Nvnetworkservice.exe

**Perform a Clean Install of the Nvidia driver, make sure you uncheck Nvidia Network Service**

Qualcomm service must be disabled:
