Hello all,
I was hoping I might be able to receive some assistance from somebody my technically-minded than me.
I've recently had three crash dumps occur, causing a BSOD.
I've researched the web to find out what might have caused the issue and have used the following program to discover that the issue concerns a:
WhoCrashed
WhoCrashed found the following:
- ntoskrnl.exe (I understand this relates to NT Kernel - I'm not sure what that is.)
- athw8x.sys (This relates to a Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN device driver, but I'm unsure how to update it)
Two dumps point towards to ntoskrnl.exe file, and the one involves the athw8x.sys file.
