Help! Windows 8 BSOD : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi all,

Recently my Asus laptop just got a BSOD which says 'IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'. I have no idea what is the cause of this. I have read the BSOD posting instructions and I have followed option 1 : to use SF diagnostic tool.

Please try again, as it didn't collect any info.

I can see Trend Micro in your specs though. Uninstall it then set Windows Defender and Windows Firewall to Automatic and start them too.
