I was having this issue before and then it got to the point that i was unable to get into the OS so i reloaded windows on a new HDD and every so often i get a BSOD.
i5 intel processor (i5-3570k)
at the moment one stick of 4gb RAM (going to have 2 sticks)
1 TB drive
Windows 8 pro
(it is also at the moment running without a product key because the customer didnt bring in the one they used for the installation)
