Corrupt files. Need help reading log file.

Newbie here. I posted a while back about my PC (Windows 8 - 32-bit) having high CPU usage and corrupt files. I have since re-installed the OS and now running Windows 8.1. Everything has been running smoothly until I did an SFC /scannow. It gave me the message about finding corrupt files but unable to correct. As always, it says to take a look at the log file but I can never figure out how to determine the issue. I've attached the file. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it.

    Hey.

There's nothing in there that is of much interest or concern. My advice is just leave things be and the machine will be fine.

You can look into dism commands if interested, but still, I personally wouldn't bother.

I mean, everything SEEMS to be running ok but wouldn't that bother you seeing that? lol

I just like to make sure everything is managed correctly.

Gotcha. I'll keep monitoring the situation in case anything changes. Thanks for checking the log for me.

Thanks David. I checked out the link and went through the steps. Everything looks fine now after my last SFC /scannow. No integrity violations! Thank you!
