Hi,

You guys have always been of great assistance in the past, especially when I had a major problem.

Now I have two.

When I start up my computer, go into windows, it takes a while to load then I get bsod and it restarts then works perfect, so now if I run it cold, I reset it immediately after switching it on, then it works. WTF?!

Plus now, it has started getting really slow and it lags. Like if I play music off my hard-drive, my 2tb storage, then open up chrome or do anything it gives me this electrical sounding lag. What can I do?

Please tell me whatever info you need, and where I can find it for you. I will be completely cooperative and appreciative.

look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

Please run the tool again and post results. There was nothing useful included in your original attempt.

I would suggest for the moment, to uninstall any 3rd party security software, like antivirus. Set Windows Defender and Windows Firewall to Automatic and start them too.

There were no crash dumps included, but I see 3 major problems anyhow.

Uninstall MotionJoy and uninstall Daemon Tools Lite.

This is also a major problem as well:

Apowersoft_A Apowersoft_AudioDevice Kernel 2009-07-23 02:04:10 PM

so uninstall Video Download Capture.

Reboot and you can install PowerISO to replace DTL.

If you have any further issues, run the collection tool again and post.

I would scan the machine with Malwarebytes just because.
