BSOD Kernel Data Inpage Error (bowser)

Okay so I've been working on my mothers laptop and she has a HP Pavilion G6-1C51NR. She told me her laptop was a bit slow, so I decide to upgrade her to Win 8.1 from Win 7. I did a fresh install of Win 8 then updated to Win 8.1, now here is the weird part. Every time I boot the Laptop I get the Kernal Data Inpage Error once, then it restarts itself and it normally boots into the OS and I am able to use the laptop fine. This never happened when she had Win 7 on her laptop, and she had no viruses either. It started to happen ever since I installed Win 8 to her laptop, it happened on Win 8 and on 8.1. I have even re-installed the OS multiple times to see if it fixes it, but nope still has the issue.

Hope I can get some help here, on how to fix this issue.

    Thanks

Anyhow, the crashes are in atapi.sys and I can't seem to see a good reason for them. Perhaps one of the below, in order of likelihood:

I noticed you had Avast installed, and then removed it, but the removal wasn't complete. Use the tool from them to remove it. You can download it.

You don't have the AMD proprietary storage driver installed, so that should be done.

    Code:

    That's a bluetooth driver?
It should be for HP Wireless Button.

Ok so I installed everything you guys listed.

Now when I boot the windows logo pops up and it loads for a few seconds, then my screen goes black. And it boots again to the windows logo then it loads me in and I can use the laptop fine.

As for the Avast thing, I had just installed Avast before getting the dumps/info I attached above. Not sure if that's the issue for that because I did not uninstall it.

Thanks for all the help so far.

Oh and as for the Synaptic drivers. I was not able to install them, so the hp site under the laptop model and downloaded the drivers from there.
