Oh that, that is called Intel Turbo Boost Technology and is nothing harmful. It's enabled by default btw.

Today I retested all of four of my memory modules individually in all of the memory banks with memtest and they all came up ok so I'm 99% certain that it's not a memory problem.

If and when I get another BSOD I will report back. For now, a pleasant weekend to you MasterChief!

Had another BSOD during browsing on the Internet. I'm getting the idea that it is some sort of flaw in Firefox.

    I've uploaded the new files.

    Any suggestions?

Firefox has no such flaw and also can not crash Windows since it has no drivers.

Nothing has changed about my previous advice.

Hmm, well I'm at a loss of what I can do next? I'm already running at stock speed, both processor and memory.

I already told you that's Intel Turbo boost and I have no control over that. It's a build in feature and I loaded the Bios defaults so that should be ok.

You have control. Bios settings and/or Windows power management. Processor can be set to 99% for maximum processor state if needed to do in Windows and no bios settings.

Make sure minimum is set to anything less than 99.

    Attachment 36688

But there should be a bios way.

It has been almost two day's without a single BSOD. What I did was removing Adblock Plus from Firefox. Looks like that was the culprit that was causing the BSOD's!

I will keep you updated but for now I'm happy it's solved!
