I updated the chipset, installed raid, updated the card reader and network card, and still no luck

Unfortunately, nothing I have shown to do has been done at all yet.

    1) As I have suspected before I even seen the latest crash dump (this is from latest now):

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm WinRing0x64
    start end module name
    fffff880`1748d000 fffff880`17494000 WinRing0x64 (deferred)
        Image path: \??\C:\Users\earthboundin\Desktop\K10STAT154\WinRing0x64.sys
        Image name: WinRing0x64.sys
        Timestamp: Sat Jul 26 09:29:37 2008 (488B26C1)
        CheckSum: 00011908
        ImageSize: 00007000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
You really need to go on your desktop and delete K10STAT154 folder, then delete its key in Regedit, found here:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

    2) Realtek drivers, both lan and card reader, have not been updated.

    3) AMD storage driver has not been installed.

Maybe you have a family member or friend that knows a little bit about computers that can read this thread and do these things for you?

It's not that I'm incapable, I have removed k10stat and deleted the registry of it. I did get a sort of response with k10stat gone, but still the bsod, If it's any help, When I start the laptop it sits at a black screen(occasional bsod) and seems frozen, but once I force it to shut down, It boots right up.

It could be reinstalling at every boot. Do a rootkit scan and Malwarebytes scan.

If you know what is installing it, uninstall the whole software from the Programs list.

When you reboot, that folder should be absent. In the crash dumps, it's not. Make sure you have Windows set to see hidden folders and system folders, as well as full file names (do not hide file extensions.)

Likely, no, but since it's an activator from the underground, the designer could have had his/her own interests in mind and laced it with malware.

    What were results?

I've actually had this problem for a while, I really should have taken care of it sooner. It is mostly because I found ways around it, which probably aren't too good for my computer.
