BSOD while performing back-up

So far I've had a BSOD twice, once while windows was performing a back-up and the other I don't remember the conditions that caused it. Wasn't playing any games or running any applications that have a heavy load on the cpu or gpu. No updates available for anything or from manufacture.

I'll included a Diagnostic report, any help is much appreciated.

thanks :)

lol the crash dumps (both same) literally say your memory got trashed and it was a disastrous situation lmao!!!!:

Code:
NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS (35)
A higher level driver has attempted to call a lower level driver through
the IoCallDriver() interface, but there are no more stack locations in the
packet, hence, the lower level driver would not be able to access its
parameters, as there are no parameters for it. This is a disasterous
situation, since the higher level driver "thinks" it has filled in the
parameters for the lower level driver (something it MUST do before it calls
it), but since there is no stack location for the latter driver, the former
has written off of the end of the packet. This means that some other memory
has probably been trashed at this point.

Uninstall Bitdefender disaster then use the tool they offer to remove it too. Set Windows Firewall + Windows Defender to Automatic and start them too.

Update or uninstall:

I've uninstalled Bitdefender, pc is just a bit better (faster). However when I open msinfo32.exe, i still see bitdefender in the start-up programs list, I dont find it anywhere else. So is it properly uninstalled?

i'm still experiencing some issues. Windows still takes forever to load and longer to shut down.

Update motherboard bios to newest.

Install latest USB 3.0 driver from motherboard manufacturer. Install latest chipset drivers too.

Detach the mouse and uninstall its software. Plug in some generic mouse and reboot.

Test to see if it resolves. If so, try your luck again with the mouse.

I'm thinking that before i upgraded to windows 8.1 i never had any issues, and when i tried to revert back i used a image recovery i think its called. So perhaps the problem just transferred over? As i never had any issues whatsoever with windows 8 on this machine. So im thinking i do a format and re-install windows again, but i want to use the current drivers for motherboard and GPU that i've download. My question is, would you recommend this? and if so, how do i make these drivers available from external hdd or usb pendrive?

See if you could get rid of Bitdefender stuff with Revo or Microsoft Windows Install Cleanup.

I don't recommend reinstalling Windows, but if you do that, you don't need drivers.

The only one you need is the lan driver so when Windows is installed, you can install that, then go get the rest.

USB, CD or DVD is fine.
