So last night I decide to do a clean install to Windows 8.1, I have't installed much except for drivers, Google Chrome, Skype, and League of Legends. And I have had no problems out of it all day with playing LoL while on Skype. But i just got this BSOD not too long after one of my LoL games ended.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys)

This is my 3rd Forum I know but I don't understand why I am so unlucky to be getting this.

Bad idea to make a new thread. Please keep issue in one thread.

You have to do that MSI link workaround I gave you.

Seems those Xonar drivers are not the latest beta that should be:

Code:
cmudaxp cmudaxp.sys Sun Jul 21 21:24:04 2013 (51EC89B4)
CMUSBDAC CMUSBDAC.sys Sun Apr 14 23:27:44 2013 (516B73B0)

The new drivers are from December 2013.

The issue odds-wise, is likely from ASUS Xonar:

Code:
cmudaxp cmudaxp.sys Wed Sep 26 04:29:02 2012 (5062BCCE)
CMUSBDAC CMUSBDAC.sys Sat Sep 14 02:39:46 2013 (523404B2)

See if there is an update

Lookey what I found:

Yes those are the ones I am using. I formatted my SSD last night and re installed windows fresh. And those are the drivers I am using! Go to the website and you will see, they have one set of drivers for windows 8.1. One set to download. That is what I downloaded and am using.

I would imagine so. It makes a lot of sense because of the drivers you're running for Xonar.

I'm going to try the UNi Xonar drivers then since Asus only has one Driver out for windows 8.1

I got the UNi Xonar drivers installed now and lets see how they hold up.

They weren't causing any issues. It's Xonar from latest crash dumps, because drivers were incompatible/old ones:

CMUSBDAC.sys should not be there. Delete it, then delete its key in regedit at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

Reboot.

It's not a good idea to have AVG installed while working on getting proper drivers installed and dealing with bsods too.

IDK dude but that's what is getting installed with those drivers you see to the left. Which if you look on the Asus website that is the same thing.

If you have a different version please send it to me and i will try it then.
