BSOD while I play any videos or media files. Even in games

Hello. I found this forum on Google, I'm Spanish which I help with the google translator because my English is not very fluid. I hope not to bother.

I have done several installations of Windows 8.1 and I am an average computer user level. The PC is clean and correct, updated drivers and zero waste on my computer. Only Steam Games and downloaded files.

The point is that I can not find the reason for these crashes. Sometimes I do not even blue bug jumps, it just hangs me and I have to trace the RESET button.

I hope resolve my problem with your help. I think it happens always or usually watching some video (streaming or video file on my pc) but it has also happened in a game during some cinematic but I think also in the normal course of the game, not sure.

    Very thanks!.

There weren't any crash dumps included. Uninstall Avast. Use the tool from them to do that too, that you can download. Set Windows Firewall and Windows Defender to Automatic and start them too.

Install drivers for these, from Gigabyte's website or AMD Chipset Drivers

    Code:

    Thanks MasterChief.

I will install the new drivers from the AMD website. The DriverDetective detects 4 outdated drivers. I would try to install them manually because I don't want to pay for the software.

I hope Avast isn't the problem, I would wait before uninstall it.

    Thanks a lot!
